The 180m² project, designed in 2024, reimagines the home through refined materiality, prioritising oak wood and an elemental palette that transmits comfort and warmth.

The elegant transformation emphasises a seamless connection between the hall, living room, and open-plan kitchen, fostering a welcoming environment for socialisation and relaxation.

Set into a ridge-top in Santa Fe, the Sangre de Cristo House epitomizes refined modern architecture. Conceptualized by Specht Novak in 2018, this house features two expansive board-formed concrete walls that fluidly connect the interior to the surrounding Santa Fe landscape. Designed with a narrow skylight, large expanses of glass and spacious floor plans, this house emphasizes a seamless integration with the outdoors while ensuring a cozy and private atmosphere inside.
