The design revolves around the family’s daily routines, creating functional areas that interconnect seamlessly, fostering harmony between working, living, and playing within the shared rhythm of everyday life.
Located in Madrid, Spain, the Renovation in Tribunal was designed by Donaire Milans Arquitectos. This compact but stylish apartment in Brasília, Brazil, features the work of local studio BLOCO Arquitetos, who focused creativity on light-filled decor utilising reclaimed wood, exposed concrete and modern accessories. The home measures 68 m² (732 sq ft), and the considerable redevelopment included the removal of many of the home’s interior walls and the refitting of the apartment’s entire layout.
