The architecture features 12 bungalows with views of the Aegean Sea, complemented by a clubhouse, restaurant, and other spaces. Emphasizing natural materials, the design prioritizes simplicity, harmonizing with the surroundings for a laid-back luxury vibe.

With reference to the nature of the region, the angles of sun and winds, the project frames a building that responds to the climate and is integrated with the nature to welcome the sun and the breeze in a controlled attitude.
