This address was designed to be a home in a gated community occupied mainly by leisure refuges, in the interior of São Paulo. The house sits on the contour lines of the plot like a pair of wings. Passarelli Arquitetos balanced a horizontal and intriguing project where straight lines predominate. While blending into the landscape, the house maintains its intimacy by means of its architectural features like its wide eaves, pergolas, and others.

Casa Fluir, a house located in São Paulo, Brazil, designed by Sabella Arquitetura, showcases contemporary design with large glass panels. Prioritizing nature, it features a shared courtyard, a sauna, and an art studio. Natural lighting fills the spaces, complemented by pine brise-soleils. The 494 sq m (5,300 sq ft) residence integrates the landscape through a dark retaining wall and lush interior gardens. Seven suites and an infinity pool ensure comfort and harmony with the surroundings.
