KALHA Hotel – “Unico” Village Renewal, surrounded by farmland and forests in Zhangjiakou, Hebei Province, China, was designed by Cplus in 2024. Located in Mira, Italy, [FRA]me is a house designed by 3ndyStudio and finished in 2019. The project is characterized by three conceptual steps: duplication, overlapping, and rotation. These ideas create bright, dynamic interiors linked with the outside. The ground floor has a rectangular shape and is surrounded by a large garden with a swimming pool, and the upper volume, which is rotated and held up, doubles it.

In Québec, Canada, APPAREIL architecture redesigned a house to create a luminous, contemporary residence for a growing family. The studio retained the existing structure, transforming it into a serene living space with strategic skylights and open-plan interiors.

Ravine House is a house in Mississauga, Canada, designed by Orangeink Design in 2023. The program involved the modernization of a 1960’s era bungalow that consisted of four bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, dining, living room, an indoor pool, basement walkout to a ravine and an attached double car garage.

Hillside House is a villa located in one of the central region’s towns in Israel, designed by Dan and Hila Israelevitz Architects for a family of five: a couple in their 50s and their three children—one teenager and two young adults. The home is brutalist, built in exposed concrete and spans three floors. The interior design is clean, refined, and minimalist—highlighting the extraordinary views framed by the large openings.

Alventosa Morell Arquitectes has designed Casa GJ, a house completed in 2024, located in Matadepera, Spain. The project features a design based on nine identical modules arranged along a staggered east-west axis, which serves to enhance visual relationships and contains shared spaces while maintaining privacy. The staggered layout improves cross-ventilation in summer and increases solar gain in winter, providing dynamic living spaces that interact with the surrounding environment.
