This project involves the transformation of an old caretaker’s lodge in Paris. Located on the ground floor of a building in the 2nd arrondissement, the apartment is designed to serve as a suite for visiting friends and travelers. To maximize light and privacy, a mezzanine was added and a wooden screen surrounds the double-height space. Atelier PA used a limited, cohesive material palette to enhance the aesthetics and functionality of the space.

Located in Almaty, Kazakhstan, Aspantau Residence is a house designed by NAAW in 2022. This private residence is a modern layout interwoven with subtle references to Kazakh identity, featuring high ceilings and transparent partitions. The interior showcases natural materials alongside custom bas-reliefs inspired by nomadic culture. The color palette is warm and muted, where accents are introduced gently through texture, tactility, and unexpected visual perspectives.

The Entre-Copas showroom in São Paulo, Brazil, designed by Armentano Arquitetura (AARQ), creates a synthesis between sophisticated hospitality and the warmth of a domestic setting. The design space reinterprets the kitchen through its shared domestic space that connects its visitors to both nature and the surrounding city. Situated in Ribeirao Preto, Brazil, Casa Beta exemplifies modern architecture and a seamless flow from inside spaces to the immediate outside world. To remedy this issue, the architects suggested the addition of a second level, effectively birthing a new inhabitable area while bolstering structural support.

Combining a compact footprint with smart solutions, the home balances functionality and beauty while promoting an eco-friendly lifestyle, with the cemented outer facade complementing its iconic form beside a body of water.
