Seashore Rise redefines the boundaries of integration into the urban fabric. The design by 314 architecture studio draws inspiration from the sea, and this is captured in a flowing way. As stated by the architectural firm, “the project stands as an experiment, both in terms of construction and the space the architecture takes in the city.”

Featuring a sculptural, round staircase that serves as a dynamic focal point, this apartment project seamlessly incorporates curves to evoke a sense of flowing movement and natural balance.
