Canaves Hotel is a hotel located in Oía, Greece, designed by Kapsimalis Architects in 2025. The small hotel is located in the traditional village of Oia, on the island of Santorini, facing south to the Volcano and to the Aegean Sea, standing on the cliffs of the Caldera. The entrance to the hotel rooms takes place from its west and north side, via the public pedestrian street and through the two main exterior staircases of the complex.
Art House is built within the green oasis of Filothei, a neighborhood nestled within the bustling metropolis of Athens. Designed by Kallos Turin, the house incorporates the cubic volume – accentuated with poured concrete – to house the client’s world-class art collection in a gallery format, as well as the space for their extended families to converge. A native landscape was created as an extension of the preserved hillside from which the cube emerges.
In a modern Athenian apartment building of the 1960s, a diplomat invited Constantine Bouras Studio to design, construct and curate a 110 sq.m apartment in Pangrati, Athens, Greece with the aim to display the timeless atmosphere of the neighborhood. While the owner’s primary focus was bringing up to date the apartment’s infrastructure, the architects aimed to create an aesthetic result that would seem effortless and seamless, as if the shell has never been touched.

Built in 2025 and named Emerging Landscape, the residence intertwines architecture and nature in a seamless experience, integrating into the landscape with design elements that prioritize sustainability, immersive experiences, and outdoor living.

This 85-sqm (915-sq ft) apartment operates on a thoroughly contemporary Greek aesthetic, reflecting a multicultural and ethnographic diversity.
