The new JW Marriott Crete Resort and Spa sits on the rocky hillside of Akra Pelegri in Marathi, Greece. Designed by Block722, the hotel harmonises perfectly with its landscape. Relying on the local architectural language and the region’s slow-living ethos, the project represents a quiet, environmentally-driven luxury that deeply respects tradition. It comprises 160 rooms and suites providing accommodation for up to 450 guests, alongside spaces for wellness, hospitality, dining, and relaxation.

Canaves Hotel is a hotel located in Oía, Greece, designed by Kapsimalis Architects in 2025. The small hotel is located in the traditional village of Oia, on the island of Santorini, facing south to the Volcano and to the Aegean Sea, standing on the cliffs of the Caldera. The entrance to the hotel rooms takes place from its west and north side, via the public pedestrian street and through the two main exterior staircases of the complex.

Set in the southwest section of Arachova in Greece, the Stone+View House by Lantavos Projects is a house blending contemporary and vernacular styles. Originally built in 1989, the house was remodeled, extended, and updated, including plumbing, wiring, and heating, to serve as a weekend getaway for a family of four, relatives, and friends and as a base for enjoying winter sports. The interior features an open floor plan and views toward the surrounding countryside.
