In Cesena, Italy, Piraccini + Potente Architettura has transformed a disused mechanical workshop into a contemporary house that creatively balances the living and working needs of a family of three. Designed in 2022, the building combines work spaces like offices and yoga studios with family areas, responding thoughtfully to the presence of a five-year-old child, who can move safely and independently in the home environment.

In the heart of the Quadrat d’Or neighborhood in Barcelona, Estudio Vilablanch has transformed a 650-square-metre (6,996-square-foot) Capas · Historia · Color apartment, adapting its design to accommodate both modern and neoclassical elements.

Originally two distinct floors of a modernist building built in 1901, the home is now a single unit that retains traces of its luxurious past, including travertine marble floors and the use of color throughout the apartment.

The found Object apartment exemplifies the “Reclaimed Material” design philosophy by William Tozer Associates. Located in the United Kingdom, this apartment reveals unique industrial features.
