Studentato S4 is a newly refurbished ENEL office building located on Piazza Indipendenza in the 19th-century area of Florence, Italy. Mappern Architetti’s rehabilitation added more terraces and renovated the travertine cladding and frames on the building’s facade to highlight significant architectural elements.

Students’ rooms range across five levels, organized for privacy, while common areas on the remaining four levels include a lounge, gym, and study rooms. A spiral staircase connects these elements vertically.

Casa ID is a contemporary apartment located centrally in Casamassima, Italy, designed in 2019 by (dp)ª STUDIO. The project transforms a paused endeavor into a modern living space, showcasing a simplistic exterior with a flowy interior, sculptural furnishings, and ample natural light. It highlights the balance of comfort and elegance while maintaining the identity of the original structure and integrating with the well-rooted environment.

Conducted by the skilled Zero6studio during 2022, this 70-square-meter residence experienced a thorough remodeling, altering its spatial dynamics into an opulent display of open concept living. The design cleverly integrates delicate decorative elements that enhance the space without overwhelming it.
