The space offers a functional program requested by the clients, including a large living room, an eat-in kitchen, two large bedrooms (one of which has a walk-in closet and bathroom), Carrara marble flooring, oak planking wood, and two lacquered wood storage elements. The master bedroom features a wooden volume that contains a large walk-in closet. Through the use of noble materials such as wood and stone, tailored spaces have been created that characterize the rooms of the house.

This house is a part of the Italian typology called “dei Ferrovieri” from 1921 and it is preserved and bound property by the Committee of Architectural Heritage.
