Tiny Grandeur by llabb cleverly transforms a section of a historic Genoa palace into a compact apartment. Designed in 2024, the space maximizes every opportunity, featuring a double-height living area illuminated by three large windows. The design preserves the original terrazzo flooring and decorative stuccoes, blending historical elements with contemporary touches.
In the heart of Milan’s bustling Buenos Aires – Loreto neighborhood, a stone’s throw from the iconic Cathedral, sits “Sequences“, a modern masterpiece. Radiating from its spot on the fifth floor of a mid-twentieth-century building, this 60 square meter (approximately 646 square feet) apartment boasts a harmonious play of light and space.
Freshly redesigned in 2022 by the acclaimed Genoa-based design firm llabb, led by Federico Robbiano and Luca Scardulla, the apartment seamlessly combines sleek, modern aesthetics with the timeless elegance of its surroundings.
