Home in Bailucchi anchors a two-level apartment on Genoa, Italy’s highest historic hill, where the city’s first stronghold once stood. Designed by llabb, the residence unites two former units into a split-life arrangement with sleeping rooms below and an attic-like living level above, tuned to sea light and port views. It’s a home that doubles as a lived-in gallery, shaped around daily rhythms and a clear sequence.

Working with local brand Mobilia, the design incorporates a mix of furniture and artworks, combining bold colors and iconic pieces from the 1950s to present day.
Tiny Grandeur by llabb cleverly transforms a section of a historic Genoa palace into a compact apartment. Designed in 2024, the space maximizes every opportunity, featuring a double-height living area illuminated by three large windows. The design preserves the original terrazzo flooring and decorative stuccoes, blending historical elements with contemporary touches.

Radiating from its spot on the fifth floor of a mid-twentieth-century building, this 60 square meter (approximately 646 square feet) apartment boasts a harmonious play of light and space.
