In the heart of Orvieto stands the new boutique hotel Palazzo Petrvs, born from a restoration project by architect Giuliano Andrea Dell’Uva of a building constructed in 1475 for the wealthy notary Petrus Facienus and long abandoned. Secco Sistemi painted galvanized steel windows and doors offer performance in line with the comfort and well-being requirements of a high-end accommodation facility.

PASSA.TEMPO is a private residence set on a hillside in Montefano, Italy. Designed by Michele Gambato, it recovers the orthography of local rural houses, exploring a strong conceptual architectural design that connects the surrounding landscape with the intimate, domestic space through oversized windows and abstract openings. The theme of nature preserves and emphasizes the connection with the outside, as well as the necessary degree of permeability in space and time.

A.J.C. House is located in Oliveira de Azeméis, Portugal, and was designed by José António Lopes da Costa.
