Casa Paris, a 480m² house in Paris, France, designed by Nildo José + arquitetos associados, features a mix of cultures and experiences. This project showcases a blend of Brazilian design and French sophistication, highlighted by elegance, light, high ceilings, a sculptural staircase, and large windows.

With five floors, the house has well-resolved spaces for everyday life, housing pieces by renowned designers and Brazilian artworks within a cozy and delicate context.

Hedges Residence Blends Architecture with Nature’s Serenity

The Hedges Residence, designed by B.E. Architecture, is located in Mermaid Beach, Australia. Finished in 2024, the house overlooks one of Queensland’s iconic beaches. Constructed with a minimalistic approach, it features planked concrete, oak, and rough-sawn travertine, bringing a warm, natural aesthetic to the interior and exterior.

Spanning three levels, the residence includes a yoga and gymnasium space, along with car parking and storage, creating a relaxing and calming environment distinct from typical minimalistic designs.
