Designed in 2022 by Asier Mateo, this concrete-style building was intended to create a warm, serene, and inspiring workplace for the LEBOND team. The main openings face south, providing breathtaking views of the natural surroundings, and two site-cast concrete porches were added to protect the south facade’s openings from rain and direct summer solar radiation.

Inside, the building maintains its structure of loadbearing walls, preserving the existing distribution of bedrooms and creating large openings on the south façade to blur the boundaries between the inside and outside. The walls are restored using local stone, and the roof collects rainwater for irrigation of the garden.
