Claustro House anchors a hill town in Zapallar, Chile, with a clear, almost classical idea reworked for family life. Espiral Arquitectos centers the house on a cloistered courtyard, drawing movement inwards and light from above, while a two-level plan separates social rhythms from retreat. A private exterior and a porous core create a deliberate contrast that suits the coastal setting and a multigenerational routine.
Located in Zapallar, Chile, the ACFA House is designed by Estudio Alto. This 450-square meter house embodies the principles of geometry rather than conventional architecture, where circular spaces foster connection. Bathed in sunlight through large windows, the residence feels flexible depending on the number of inhabitants.
Designed by LAND Arquitectos, Rambla House is a weekend house located along the central coast of Chile, at Zapallar City, about 175 km (109 mi) from Santiago, Chile.
