London, UK – based architecture firm Boscolo Ltd recently redesigned a 1920’s cottage style detached home situated in Woodford Green.

This project focused on the ground floor of a 1920’s built, cottage style detached home in Woodford Green. We were required to spatially restructure the complete ground floor and furnish the new layout to improve the look and usability of the space that is catering for a family of four, with dogs! Key elements of the project were for us to provide a sense of design continuity across the space, with a design aesthetic that was modern and minimalist, but accommodating and appropriate to the varying needs of a family – adaptability of the space, as usage changes through the day and evening, being critical.
