Residence Eco360 is a single-family home located north of Tel Aviv, Israel. The goal of the project designed by Geotectura was to build a sustainable home that would be Energy-Positive and include excellent indoor air and light quality while reflecting the beauty of the surroundings.

Innovative Design Meets the Westward Sea
Tasked with an unconventional direction, the team faced west with ingenuity. Instead of typical south-facing designs, they created a unique geometric solution. As a result, the home capitalizes on insulation and everyday warmth from occupants and appliances.
Additionally, the design process incorporated BIM and environmental simulations. Therefore, they achieved exceptional passive design efficiency.
The client envisioned a home that exemplified sustainable principles. Consequently, the house boasts solar energy, greywater recycling, and natural wind cooling. Furthermore, it uses durable, recycled materials, minimizing maintenance.
Moreover, the house acts as a green exemplar. With over fifty sustainable features, it aims to inspire and provoke thought on eco-friendly living. Ultimately, the residence serves as a testament to the viability of green building practices.
