Maximizing Light and Space with a Touch of Serenity
The core idea? Flood the space with light, countering the challenge of its northern exposure. The solution introduces a white veil over everything, fostering a harmonious environment. White-lacquered wooden louvres cleverly conceal structural elements and define distinct areas within the open plan. Moreover, the kitchen follows suit, donning white with subtle wooden accents.
Adjacent to the main living area, a children’s corner nestles in, offering parents a watchful eye over their little ones’ playtime.
Elevated Leisure on the Upper Floor
Ascend to the upper level where a bar, playroom, and an outdoor lounge await, all embraced by glass railings. These transparent barriers frame breathtaking sea vistas, merging the home with the horizon.
A Terrace Tailored for Urban Green Living
The terrace boasts high-tech materials like synthetic wood, which ensures privacy and shade while promoting ventilation. This smart use of materials also invites greenery into the urban milieu, enhancing both aesthetics and air quality.
