A Cliffside Masterpiece in Uluwatu
Perched atop a cliff in Uluwatu, Bali, this four-bedroom villa boasts breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean. The plot’s unique slant prompted a multifaceted wooden roof, cascading elegantly over the villa’s layout. Right at the roof’s heart, a grand skylight bathes the spacious living room in light.
A Seamless Blend of Indoors and Outdoors
Interestingly, the primary living space fluidly connects to an outdoor poolside terrace and garden. Furthermore, the villa’s core aligns with a linear axis. It stretches from the entrance staircase, through the main hall, and out to the vast ocean beyond.
Architectural Excellence Meets Artistic Flair
This villa exudes an airy, open vibe. Ditching the conventional ‘drop ceiling’, it showcases a distinct diamond-patterned geometry in every room. Moreover, the polygonal floor plan creates varied floor-to-ceiling heights and roof angles. Lastly, custom pieces by renowned surf artist, Andy Davis, adorn this architectural gem.
