About Shine Apartment
Redefining Spatial Dynamics
Boasting 110 m2 (1,184 ft2) across two levels, this space uniquely embraces dual orientations. Originally, the designers designated the living room and kitchen to the first floor, while reserving the second for bedrooms. However, a bold decision shifted these functional areas, unlocking myriad benefits.
First Level: A Private Oasis
The first floor now houses the bedrooms and an expansive bathroom. The master bedroom proudly features a cozy dressing room. Separating the children’s room from the entrance hall, a tinted glass partition—with sound insulation—ushers in natural light. Ingeniously, the space beneath the stairs accommodates a water treatment unit and seasonal wardrobe storage.
With a western orientation, these bedrooms luxuriate in the golden glow of city sunsets.
Second Level: Panoramic Living
Spanning a greater area than the first, the second floor reveals the scenic Dnipro embankment and Monastery Island. This view greatly influenced the studio’s placement—the heart of family interactions. This generous studio smartly incorporates an island kitchen, vast built-ins, and ample storage. Amidst this, a round GUBI dining table stands ready, surrounded by inviting chairs. Strategically, a plush lounge chair faces the window, capturing the mesmerizing vista.
The sofa, both spacious and snug, aligns perfectly with the sweeping panorama and entertainment hub.
Architectural Nuances
This level also introduces a bathroom and a versatile laundry/storage space. Flush doors, adorned with Laminam panels, merge effortlessly into the walls, offering visual fluidity.
In essence, each element prioritizes comfort—both touch and sight. Every facet echoes the craftsmanship of top-tier manufacturers.
