Revitalizing a Spec Home
The original spec home was under construction. However, our mission was to tailor the design to the owner’s unique preferences. Our talented design team collaborated closely with the homeowners and the contractor. Together, we assessed costs, vetted product viability, and explored detailed finishing options.
Enhanced Indoor-Outdoor Flow
One major tweak involved replacing the two bulky sliding doors with sleek bi-folding ones, which emanate from the corner. Consequently, this facilitated seamless movement between the indoor living room and the outdoor lounge. Moreover, the outdoor zone boasts a built-in BBQ grill and a bench, enhancing its functionality. A custom awning ensures this space thrives in any climate. For a touch of coziness, we chose cedar and fir finishes.
A Warm and Bright Indoor Ambiance
Inside, the living, kitchen, and dining spaces gleam in a pristine white palette. Yet, natural wood and abundant sunlight soften its brightness. Ultimately, we sculpted a dwelling that perfectly mirrors the residents’ lifestyle and taste.
