About The Grey House
Nestled in the Scenic Berici Hills
Situated at the base of the picturesque Berici Hills, this stunning villa is surrounded by a lush 5,000 square meter (53,820 square feet) park. The villa features an L-shaped layout with varying heights and an additional structure housing auxiliary spaces. In this design, both form and function are seamlessly combined to cater to the homeowner’s spatial and technological needs, while showcasing simple and elegant design elements.
Innovative Use of Materials
Designed by Antonello Finiture, the exterior of the villa emphasizes the natural textures of the materials used. The local trachyte stone, which is abundant in the Berici and Euganean Hills, is presented in large, rough boulders that contrast with the polished Lapitec and Parklex slabs.
Exquisite Interior Details
Inside the villa, Minuzzo Pavimenti has crafted a myriad of custom-designed details that elegantly define the various living and sleeping areas, as well as spaces for socializing and relaxation, including a luxurious spa.
Expansive Outdoor Spaces
The property boasts water features and a large swimming pool, further enhancing the connection between the home and the outdoors. These elements were expertly installed by specialized companies, while Simeoni Piante meticulously designed and maintained the verdant park in collaboration with the architect.
