War uprooted the local business owners from their hometown, yet resilience led them to a new start. Petrossjan Studio stepped in, innovatively crafting new standards to elevate the establishment into a burgeoning chain. Furthermore, the studio strategically emphasized spaciousness and breathability, aligning seating against the walls on bespoke hollow brick benches. Additionally, they infused character into the space, sourcing hand-painted sale tiles and preserving the walls and ceiling. Remarkably, the wall behind the bar stands as a living mosaic, showcasing a century of architectural history.
