Developed by Loft Buro and sponsored by the Dmytro Borisov Family of Restaurants, this gastronomic and artistic space is a modern interpretation of a Ukrainian design identity that pays homage to the city’s 72-year period as part of the Soviet Union.
The interior features unique artifacts from Ukrainian artists, dynamic barstools that move through an underground tunnel, and more, making Ostannya Barykada Lviv a must-visit for anyone wanting to experience the culture and history of Lviv.
From two-star Michelin Chef José Andrés, comes Zaytinya, a luxurious restaurant located in the Ritz Carlton, New York. Designed by Rockwell Group, the 140-cover space celebrates Mediterranean culture with bright blues, warm bronzes, white oak woods and specially commissioned artwork.
Architectural finishes have been kept as a neutral base to offset these elements of texture and pattern found in the upholstered banquettes and at the bar. Rich and undulating curves, an assortment of textures, and a custom mural of a meandering Mediterranean landscape all come together to transport guests to an oasis of the coast.
The Mammertsberg hotel and restaurant in Freidorf, Switzerland, was designed by Space Copenhagen in 2022. The hotel is located in a classic Swiss Villa built in 1911 with direct views of Lake Constance and stretching further out to the magnificent Vorarlberg and the Appenzell Alps. The studio has worked with the existing classical proportions of the space, with its high ceilings, generous openings and panelled walls, to create a warm and embracing restaurant. The Ren Dining Chair designed by Space Copenhagen for Stellar Works, is used throughout the restaurant.

Saga Hirakawaya Tofu Takeo Onsen is a unique combination of restaurant and shop, located in front of the historical tower gate of Takeo Onsen, a long-established hot spring resort in Saga, Japan. Designed by Keiji Ashizawa Design in 2022, this cozy real estate offers an atmosphere like no other.
It features a wooden house structure with a gently arched exterior, a foot bath with hot spring water in the courtyard, a retail store that promotes the tofu culture and a restaurant. The light in the interior space is dynamic, featuring washi shades crafted by Nao Washi, a Saga-based Japanese paper manufacturer, and all furniture is made by Ariake, a brand that produces in Morodomi, Saga Prefecture.

Designed by G&S Design in 2021, this restaurant is located on a high floor with breathtaking views of the sea and skyscrapers, giving it a castle-in-the-air feel.
Once inside, you’ll find smooth-edged white walls and concealed lighting that create a serene atmosphere. Natural materials such as bamboo and straw add a touch of rustic charm, while the earthy bar counter brings a sense of the outdoors inside.
