About Goodwater Collective

Goodwater Collective is a groundbreaking project spearheaded by Goodwater Capital. It embraces the post-pandemic trend of the “third space” – a hybrid of coffee shops, lobbies, and social clubs. Moreover, the design acknowledges the need for community, social networking, and flexible, comfortable spaces with moments of privacy.

A Harmonious Blend of Socialization and Privacy

This project offers a carefully curated mix of private conversation areas and social zones for serendipitous interactions. Goodwater recognized that hybrid work has transformed the purpose of the office. Now, the “office” must create ideal spaces for socialization, team building, and collaboration, while also ensuring privacy and quiet areas for focused work.

Fostering Community and Collaboration

Goodwater Collective serves as a gathering place for Goodwater Capital’s portfolio company leaders. However, it also functions as an amenity for the surrounding community and outside companies. The ground-floor location with expansive windows and a hospitality-like design invites the community in. A library wall features products from portfolio companies and houses board games, acknowledging that relationships and ideas often form during recreational activities.

A Holistic Approach to the Modern Workplace

By blending spaces for community, dining, events, team building, and networking, Goodwater has created a forward-looking project that acknowledges the inextricable connection between work, wellness, community, and culture. This innovative space combines the elements of a professional setting, social club, and coworking space, including a café and comfortable work areas.
