Designed by Diana Weininger in 2021, this 30 sqm vacation apartment embodies a high-end Mediterranean chic aesthetic. With its ideal location near the beach, this cozy urban suite redefines compact living without sacrificing comfort or style.
Open-Concept Living
As you enter, a seamless open-plan layout greets you. The transformation from two cramped rooms to a spacious loft creates an inviting ambiance. High ceilings, exceeding three meters, elevate the experience, fostering a feeling of expansiveness.
Natural light floods the living-dining-sleeping area, facilitated by generous windows. Here, you find a harmonious blend of minimalist design and warmth. Large tiles with a concrete-like finish combine with terra-cotta and sage glazed tiles, bridging elegance and whimsy. The room bursts with character, featuring light fixtures like a large straw lampshade, casting a warm glow over the space.
