Designed by Aamer Architects, it was fully reimagined in 2022 from a semi-detached house to a two-and-a-half-story bungalow, adorned with a swimming pool, car lift, and basement. The sculptural concrete facade contrasts with dark granite cladding and an aluminium roofing structure, enhancing the seamless design integration along the striking avenue.
Elevated Exteriors and Welcoming Interiors
Upon entering, the open-plan living space welcomes us with abundant natural light streaming through large windows. The inviting seating arrangement encourages conversation, while the vivid artworks infuse a sense of playful sophistication. Luxurious, geometric furniture enhances the area, blending comfort with contemporary aesthetics.
Adjacent to the primary living space, the sleek kitchen carries forth the modern theme. Its clean lines and minimalist cabinetry prioritize functionality without compromising style.
