Description by HHH Architects
The Architect’s Villa is a newly built villa designed for those who seek a stylish accommodation and a unique villa experience. The villa is built in Mani, Peloponnese, area rich of authentic 12th century Byzantine churches, small mountain villages and unexampled beaches with crystal clear waters.
Designed by awarded Greek architects bureau, hhh architects, the villa has light steel and transparent glass elements, highlighting the stone volumes and allowing the boundary between in and out to melt. The transparency of glass and the industrial character of the metal structures in dialogue with the massive stone blocks, creates tensions and interesting spaces. Local materials such as stone, wood and marble give the classic touch of an authentic Greek villa.
The first volume consists of two Master Bedrooms on two different levels. The second volume has a spacious living room with a fireplace on the first floor and two Junior Bedrooms on the ground floor with an extension to the relax area. The third volume comprises of the kitchen in connection to the dining area where all volumes merge into one. Villa has a private swimming pool, covered outdoor area and is surrounded by an olive grove which assures ultimate privacy for the guests
The Architect’s Villa is modernly decorated and newly equipped. Each piece of furniture and contemporary painting is carefully selected to express the modern and free spirit of the villa.
