About CC Apartment
Design Philosophy
We designed the apartment to mirror the clients’ unique tastes by blending classic and modern decor and maximizing natural light. The layout spans two levels: public spaces below and private areas above.
Inviting Entryway
A blue stone at the entrance acts as a welcoming symbol of good luck.
Dynamic Family Room
The family room visually links the two levels with its double-height ceiling and features a striking Murano chandelier. One of our key goals was to craft a dining room that accommodates 24 people comfortably without sacrificing style. To achieve this, we introduced marble slabs from India and the “Liana S” lamp from Ayala Serfaty’s “Orchestra Collection.”
Elegant Interiors
We chose a light color palette for the finishes to set off the dark-toned furniture beautifully. A sculptural staircase creates a seamless flow between the floors, playing a central role in the design.
Luxurious Master Suite
The master bedroom extends to a terrace, enhancing the sense of space and promoting an indoor-outdoor connection. In the main bathroom, we selected materials and lighting that transform it into a calming retreat. The space also features a large dressing room and a unique shoe cabinet, meeting the clients’ fashion and footwear needs. Overall, the CC apartment stands out for its modern approach to materials, lighting, and accessories.
