About Seaview All Over
Seaside Sophistication in Netanya’s Seaview Apartment
In Netanya, on the Mediterranean coast, lies an apartment that marries coastal charm with modern functionality. The 60-square-meter (645-square-foot) retreat near Sironit Beach has captivated a couple with its sweeping sea views.
Overcoming Design Challenges with Innovation
Originally a hotel, the apartment’s tight, rectangular shape posed a challenge. A complete renovation transformed it, guided by the couple’s vision to infuse every room with the sea’s essence. Straying from maritime clichés, the designer focused on enhancing the natural vistas.
Creative Layout and Artful Integration
Starting anew, interior walls fell, yielding to a layout that maximizes space and views. Mirrors cleverly conceal utility areas, extending the seascape indoors. Artwork and decor, chosen for their harmony with the sea, forego traditional themes for subtle coastal hints.
In Netanya, this apartment proves that even a modest space can offer an expansive quality of life. The couple’s seafront sanctuary stands as a testament to thoughtful design and a love for the serene Mediterranean backdrop.
