Introducing Pacific House, a contemporary residence located in Sydney, Australia. Designed by Alexander & Co. in 2022, Pacific House has been transformed from its 1990s concrete-framed cliffside dwelling into a five-bedroom home that is perfect for family life.

The design of the house was inspired by the client’s European Story of Origin and optimized for views from each room. The exterior facades feature terraces, gardens, balconies and planted edges while inside you can find ceiling details that are focal points throughout each room. Despite complex construction demands due to coastal exposure, Pacific House was eventually breathing new life into an old maid allowing her once again to feel both then & now aged & contemporary ready for her next 30 or so years!

Trellis House is a two-story modern house located in the Alto de Pinheiros district of São Paulo, Brazil. Designed in 2020 by Terra Capobianco and Galeria Arquitetos, the 464 m² (4997 ft²) property features an innovative design that integrates the building with the landscape.

The house has been awarded the Silver certificate by the Green Building Council Brasil for its sustainable construction, which includes photovoltaic panels and a water tank filled with reuse water. With its vertical slatted shutters made of autoclaved and carbonized pine, sliding glass panels, and a self-supporting panel of tongue and groove, Trellis House is the perfect blend of modern design, sustainability, and comfort.

House Be is an experiment of blending in with nature and is located in Belgium. Conceived and designed in 2022 by a2o architecten, this two-story house features a concrete structure with wooden planks, brickwork, large glass surfaces and a roof overgrown with flowers and plants.

The interior of the property is composed of natural materials such as oak, limestone and upholstery. The structure provides impressive views of the surrounding landscape and a contemporary ‘Wunderkammer’ that is furnished with architectural elements and personal objects. There is also an ornamental garden in the backyard and a basement patio with a Japanese garden, spa and bar.

House Be is a perfect example of a modern concrete design that is unique and offers a comfortable living experience.
