Redesigned in 2022 by Objekt Architecten, Ark38 was originally a weaving mill and later a plastic factory under the wings of Tupperware. The property was restored to its full glory, preserving its industrial character and adding value to the entire site and the city.

Featuring a contemporary design style, it was designed for a couple with a girl and a dog who wanted a cozy and open plan. PL Apartment features a home office, two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a kitchen, dining area and living room, as well as custom made birch wood cabinets. Casa Bombai, a single-story house located in Canning, Argentina and designed by Grupo TIM, is a stunning example of rationalist design.
Its unique concrete façade features cantilever partitions that create a dichotomy between the interior and exterior, as well as create a striking welcome to the front door.
