The restoration project maintains the heritage features mandated by the Urban Redevelopment Authority while introducing modern elements like a dramatic spiral staircase with mesh railings. Key design solutions include strategic skylights and small windows to enhance natural lighting and airflow.

The house features a blend of modern aesthetics and artisanal craftsmanship, evident in the carefully selected tiles used throughout, including in the plunge pool and kitchen.

Through its soft corners and flowing linear forms, interiors mirror natural elements to create a welcoming and comforting space.
