Natural light is able to reflect over the stone volume, eliminating the need for any artificial lighting. The interior features durable and low-maintenance materials like dark bamboo floor, maple cabinets, black quartz countertops, and large format floor and wall tiles. As you enter the property, you will be greeted with three distinct volumes—a soft vertical timber-lined box with a hidden garage door, a hard tiled roof and wall, and a sculptural Corten steel portal. Passing through the portal, you are welcomed to a clean, pure, and unoccupied gallery space.

Descending into the house, you will find a series of living spaces terraced with the contours of the site, all with captivating views over the waters of Cass Bay.
