This extensive residence offers almost 1600 sq. m (17222 sq. ft) of living space for a young couple with small children. The house opens onto the garden and features a toy library, two home theaters, a gym area, and a terrace, making it the perfect place to receive friends and family. With the privilege of children in mind, the interior and exterior spaces have been designed to enhance the residential program, while elements of nature are ever-present throughout the project.

The perimetral advance of the elevated concrete floor, the steel structure, the thin eucalyptus logs, the thermal roof slabs and the thick rammed earth walls, all work seamlessly together to create a home that is both functional and beautiful.

Welcome to the Berezowski House, a stunning single-story residence designed by Bloco Arquitetos in 2022. Located in Brasilia, Brazil, this unique property embraces a brick design style and features an impressive pool occupying almost the entire boundary between the house and the yard.

The roof structure is fixed by 8 cast-in-place exposed concrete beams and includes linear skylights for natural light and/or ventilation. The direct connection between the front access and the social area is made through a 2-meter wide corridor-gallery that separates the intimate area from the service area, allowing for plenty of natural light and ventilation.

Welcome to the JSL House, a single-family residence designed by Bernardes Arquitetura and located in a residential condominium in Paraty, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

A few meters away from the beach, the residence was designed with the idea of connection in mind – visual, privileging the view to the sea; and living and leisure spaces. Steel beams, wooden slats and colorless glass railings make up the exterior and interior of the property, giving it a contemporary feel, while sailor rope, navy blue, ocher and nautical striped pattern fabrics bring the beach atmosphere inside. The frames of the living and dining rooms can be completely opened, allowing a stunning view of the horizon.

The house has been awarded the Silver certificate by the Green Building Council Brasil for its sustainable construction, which includes photovoltaic panels and a water tank filled with reuse water. With its vertical slatted shutters made of autoclaved and carbonized pine, sliding glass panels, and a self-supporting panel of tongue and groove, Trellis House is the perfect blend of modern design, sustainability, and comfort.

This contemporary-style abode offers 670 m² (7,200 sqft) of luxurious living space for a financial market couple and their teenage children. Featuring four suites, an intimate room, living and work areas, a home theater, and bike room, the apartment is designed to provide privacy and comfort for the family. To create a cozy atmosphere, the architects applied wood, coating the ceiling and the mezzanine sill with the material. In addition, they used a contemporary and neutral language, with cozier materials and furniture, exemplified by the sofa fabrics, natural wood in furniture, lining, and panels, and pieces of national design.

Tucumã Apartment is located in the vibrant city of São Paulo, known for its diverse culture and vibrant nightlife.
