Situated within the lively Museum Mile of New York City, the Museum Mile Reinvention serves as a celebration of enduring style. This apartment, which was initially acquired in 2013, had a natural allure ready to be rejuvenated. Intriguingly, Ferguson & Shamamian Architects engaged in an undertaking focused on converting this historical site into a modern abode for a family, all while maintaining its soul for entertaining.

Renovation and redesign of duplex apartment in Chelsea, Manhattan.  Space planning, custom upholstery, and two custom build ins were principal features of the project.
