This eclectic apartment is situated above the iconic Mercat de la Boqueria food market, with stunning views of the Collserola and Tibidabo hills. The renovation of the 52m2 (566 sq ft) space focused on creating a functional central core with two big rooms and equal access to the bathroom, kitchen, and entrance.

Located in the vibrant city of Montreal, Canada, the Querbes Residence is a stunning home designed by Vives St-Laurent.

This modern traditional-style property has been completely remodeled from its turn-of-the 20th-century origins, including the restoration of its American walnut flooring and the addition of a large sliding door. The residence also features a custom-designed kitchen with gray hues, a marble counter, and an inviting dining room with an American oak bookshelf. The basement includes a spacious living room, an office, a bedroom, and a full bathroom for more living space. With all these features, the Querbes Residence is sure to impress!

Nestled in Castasegna, Switzerland lies the beautifully redesigned Studio Cascina Garbald. Originally built as a farmhouse in 2019, this traditional property was given an upgrade by Ruinelli Associati Architetti. Featuring stunning views of the meadow behind villa Garbald complex, Studio Cascina Garbald is designed with current building practice and few light contemporary touches that are most clearly seen through the selection of materials used.

Welcome to the newly redesigned Regus HQ in Milan, Italy! The project, undertaken by Vittorio Grassi Architects, was completed in 2022 and boasts a modern design style that respects the original building’s historical value. Particular attention was paid to the choice of materials and finishes to guarantee a high level of sustainability, with a low environmental impact.

Regus HQ is a great example of how traditional architecture can be transformed into a modern, sustainable workspace. Not only is the office space comfortable, but it also boasts BREEAM Official certification, further reinforcing its commitment to sustainability. Milan, Italy is the perfect location for this office building, being well-known for its artistic and cultural heritage.

Discover the unique Geode in Lafayette, Louisiana, a modern ranch house designed by Emerymcclure Architecture in 2020.

The project creates a dramatic contrast in form and organization, while celebrating the volume and the height of the new main bedroom addition. With the use of a bright white material palate and exterior composed of a gradient shingle skin, the project accentuates the drama between the interior and the exterior. Geode also offers an updated kitchen and a more open living space, perfect for showcasing the owner’s extensive art collection.

Guochuangyuan 20 is a ferry hall and bespoke store located in Nanjing, China, designed by Fan Architecture Firm in 2022.

It is a stunning example of industrial design, combining two construction structures – a three-layer brick-concrete structure on the east side and a single-layer arrangement structure of reinforced concrete on the west side – to create a unique space. The hall has been exquisitely decorated with Hunter Douglas curtains and an array of western chairs with poles to provide a pure comfort. The facade has been designed with a light-transmissive brick wall and an abutment of the forest to present a lighting texture when the sun is filled.

Atelje Ostan Pavlin, a talented Slovenian design team, has successfully completed the renovation of a house in Ljubljana, Slovenia.

The house, originally built in the nineties, has been transformed into a modern living space with a flowing transition between the interior and exterior. The interiors feature a light and cozy atmosphere with a neutral backdrop for the clients’ art collection, while the exterior features a lush entryway, a central pond, and a recreational area with a vegetable garden. This project highlights Atelje Ostan Pavlin’s commitment to creating a holistic living space that truly reflects the clients’ needs and dreams.

Located in Ramat Gan, Israel, the HT Apartment is a 125 sq m (1345 sq ft) modern abode designed for a young family of four (with one more on the way) by Studio Gal Gerber.

The renovation included redesigning part of the apartment’s spaces and included the planning stage, selection of materials, designing custom-made carpentry and furniture, and furnishing and styling the apartment. The project incorporated carpentry details and frames designed by the studio and executed by a skilled carpenter and master locksmith. Designed to address the family’s routine and needs both now and in the future, this stylish apartment is sure to be a happy home for its residents.
