In what was always destined to be an electrifying combination, Webb & Brown-Neaves have brought their refined, modernist design flair to the historic landmark of Perry Lakes. The result? The Medallion.
Inspired by the early architecture of Floreat, the Medallion is a mesmerising narrow lot masterpiece, incorporating the natural beauty of copper, a regal floating staircase and a chic contemporary kitchen complete with scullery.
The striking lap pool and use of long, linear water bodies within the garden creates a sense of the home floating within the landscape.
