Colby Construction recently completed Modern Belle, a stunning vacation home. Its name perfectly captures its elegance and style. The home’s simple, yet sophisticated lines offer an instant sense of relaxation. As a sanctuary for its owners, Modern Belle promises delightful gatherings and serene escapes.
Elegant and Edgy: Design Trends in Focus
Modern Belle sets the trend with its striking design elements, starting with black-framed windows. These windows, a new favorite in home design, add a chic, bold touch. They enhance the architecture, creating a contemporary and sophisticated look. Approaching the house, the contrast of classic white walls against black frames immediately captivates you.
Blending Spaces: Indoors Meets Outdoors
The house’s open concept ingeniously merges indoor and outdoor spaces. Folding doors in the hall walkway seamlessly connect the lakeside porch and the patio. The two-story screen porch, equipped with a lower level pool and bar, leads to an upper-level retreat. Here, you can unwind by the fireplace or entertain guests.
