A Modern Craftsman Masterpiece in Kitsilano
Asanti Homes meticulously constructed this four-level family home in Kitsilano over two years, completing it in November 2017. Embodying the Craftsman style, this custom home boasts three spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Highlights include a 500 sq. ft. (46.5 sq. meters) rooftop lounge and a 50 sq. ft. (4.6 sq. meters) bespoke wine wall. The property also features a private office, theatre room, a two-bedroom rental suite on the ground level, and a custom one-bedroom Laneway Home.
An Interior of Comfort and Contemporary Flair
Our interior design approach aimed to create a space that feels welcoming and family-centric, while maintaining a contemporary and clean aesthetic. We drew inspiration from the neutral, natural colors of the West Coast. To add a playful touch, we incorporated elements like herringbone tile flooring and large-scale patterned tiles.
Blending Functionality with Style
Functionality and style blend seamlessly in this home, reflecting the needs and tastes of modern families. Each design choice, from the spacious layout to the unique tile work, serves to enhance both the home’s usability and its visual appeal. This project stands as a testament to thoughtful, family-focused design in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Kitsilano.
