The esteemed client behind Mitchel St. returned, selecting Ardent for their latest residential masterpiece. Oriented East-West, this new house boasts a strategic laneway position.
A bold, two-story entryway welcomes visitors, seamlessly linking the house’s front to its rear. Meanwhile, the striking exposed brick spine wall provides a dramatic backdrop for the staircase.
Further, a rolled steel beam wraps the house’s rear like a dark ribbon, unifying the structure with a touch of industrial chic.
