About CRH
Revitalizing an Aged Structure
This renovation aimed to enhance the structural, spatial, and material qualities of an existing house. Confronting challenges like natural aging and minimal maintenance, we focused on creating clean spaces. Using exposed finishes without extra ornaments, we significantly improved the spatial dynamics of the house.
Modernizing for a Refined Lifestyle
To achieve a modern lifestyle and aesthetic, we reconfigured the entire building. This process involved upgrading the exterior, interior finishes, and technical systems. Particularly, we transformed the stairwell. This minimal change, coupled with the expansion of windows and doors, greatly improved natural lighting. Furthermore, it enhanced the spatial connections within and outside the house, creating a more integrated living experience.
Integrating Green Spaces into Urban Living
The project’s new identity prominently features the integration of greenery. We seamlessly blended the main back garden, the front garden, and even the rooftop into the design. As a result, these natural spaces are continuously visible from inside the house. This integration fosters a unique experience, merging urban living with the tranquility of nature.
