The Transformation of Artist’s Haven
Nestled in Aspen’s West End, Artist’s Haven is a reimagined neo-classical gem. Using the artist-owner’s ‘less is more’ principle, we removed outdated pseudo-Victorian touches. Simultaneously, we cherished its blue facade. Inside, a vibrant architectural space welcomes guests. Besides charm, it doubles as an art canvas. Additionally, thoughtful natural daylight beams throughout.
Prioritizing Sustainability & Modernization
Delving deeper, the home showcases sustainability. First, we embraced energy-saving LED lights. Next, we chose water-wise low-flow fixtures. Beyond cosmetics, we tackled vital system updates. We fortified structural elements and recalibrated the HVAC. We also revamped the electrical framework. Lastly, we updated lighting and fire sprinkler systems. As a result, the home shines in both aesthetics and efficiency.
