Masterful Design Meets Queensland’s Sun
Facing East, this home embraces Queensland’s morning sun. A fully operable facade deftly manages its intensity. This vertical screen, powered by a hidden drive within the 3-car garage (approximately 480 square feet), is expertly balanced by unseen counterweights. Suspended concrete floors span vast areas, showcasing panoramic ocean views and a northward glimpse of Noosa Heads.
A Seamless Connection to Nature
Every zone, from intimate spaces to expansive gardens, melds effortlessly with the pool and entertaining areas. Nature’s splendor seamlessly integrates, fostering constant interaction.
Reflecting on a Monumental Journey
After four years, this intricate project reaches completion. We deeply appreciate the skilled trades, consultants, and most notably, our clients Brian and Margot. Their willingness to deviate from convention made this architectural feat possible.
