Transforming two neighboring apartments into a 2,000 square foot (186 square meters) residence for a young family, this project is situated in the heart of Manhattan, with breathtaking views of the iconic Lincoln Center. The design focuses on reorganizing the central living, dining, and kitchen areas to maximize the benefits of the large glass expanses, allowing natural light to flood the space and showcasing the mesmerizing sunset views over the Hudson River.
Efficient Bedroom Layouts with Private Family Wing
Expertly designed within an irregular building footprint, the bedrooms are reconfigured to maintain a more private family wing. Each room boasts access to daylight, ensuring a bright and welcoming atmosphere.
