This office space, originally constructed in 1903, has undergone a remarkable transformation, blending the splendor of the past with the functionality of the present.

The project’s designers delved deep into the building’s history, uncovering architectural drawings and past permits to guide their ambitious renovation. Virtuose now stands as a timeless testament to the harmonious coexistence of heritage and modernity. From the ornate wrought-iron balconies to the soaring arched windows, every detail pays homage to the structure’s storied past, while the sleek, contemporary furnishings and state-of-the-art amenities cater to the needs of the modern workforce.
