About CR House

As we approach the CR House, designed by the talented team at remyarchitects, the facade immediately captivates with its harmonious interplay of concrete volumes and lush greenery. Situated in the picturesque Nordelta community of Buenos Aires, Argentina, this modern residence exemplifies the architects’ vision of integrating the built environment with the surrounding landscape.

Elevated Elegance and Panoramic Golf Course Views

The main entrance, elevated above the ground, leads us into the social heart of the home – the living room, kitchen, and dining area. This elevated positioning grants unobstructed vistas of the adjacent golf course, seamlessly blending the interior and exterior realms. The choice of exposed concrete for the walls and ceilings lends a robust and contemporary aesthetic, while the strategic placement of movable vertical enclosures allows for precise control of natural light and views.

Seamless Indoor-Outdoor Integration

Descending to the lower level, we discover the recreation area, complete with a barbecue zone and a refreshing pool that shares a direct connection with the golf course landscape. This fluid interplay between the indoors and outdoors is a hallmark of the CR House design, inviting the residents to fully embrace their natural surroundings.

Thoughtful Zoning and Spatial Dynamics

The private sleeping quarters, divided into two levels above the social zone, showcase the architects’ attention to functional zoning. On one side, the children’s bedrooms are situated, while the master suite occupies the other. This thoughtful layout allows for a harmonious coexistence of private and communal spaces, catering to the diverse needs of the residents.

Elevated Multifunctionality and Expansive Vistas

Topping off the architectural composition is a multipurpose space on the upper level, featuring a terrace that extends towards the mesmerizing golf course panorama. This multilevel approach to the design creates a captivating interplay of heights and spatial dynamics, further enhancing the overall sense of openness and connectivity within the CR House.

Through its seamless integration of landscape, light, and functionality, the CR House stands as a testament to the architects’ ability to craft a harmonious and visually striking residential experience. This modern masterpiece embodies the perfect balance between the built environment and its natural surroundings, offering its residents a truly exceptional living experience.
