An Embrace with Nature by Zenucchi Design Code
Creating the ideal home for a young and dynamic family from scratch, responding to their needs and requirements: this was the challenge that characterized the project, overseen by architects Paolo Neè and Giovanni Battista Sarnico for all the exteriors and followed by Zenucchi Design Code for the interior.
The interior layout, already well thought out and organized by architects Paolo Neè and Giovanni Battista Sarnico, was followed up and refined by Zenucchi Design Code, whom the clients entrusted with the customization of the rooms.
Creating A Dream Home
Creating the ideal home for a young and dynamic family from scratch, responding to their needs and requirements: this was the challenge that characterized the project, overseen by architects Paolo Neè and Giovanni Battista Sarnico for all the exteriors and followed by Zenucchi Design Code for the interior. The synergy and collaboration between the various professionals involved was very important: the common goal and shared philosophy was to create functional projects that fully reflect the client’s personality, guiding and interpreting the creative spirit of those who will live in the house, while keeping a close eye on function, customization, and design.
A Spacious, Modern And Bright Villa
The clients’ desire was to have a spacious, modern, bright home, suitable for hosting family and friends, and tailored to children. Thus, immersed in the greenery of Franciacorta and its vineyards, this villa with simple and clean volumes was born, embracing the large garden with swimming pool.
Solid walls and large windows alternate to give the inhabitants both the necessary privacy and a privileged view of the surrounding environment. Inside, the design features a succession of light, bright, and neutral colors, resin and oak parquet flooring, which enhance the geometry of the spaces and the natural brightness of the rooms.
Customizing The Rooms
The interior layout, already well thought out and organized by architects Paolo Neè and Giovanni Battista Sarnico, was followed up and refined by Zenucchi Design Code, whom the clients entrusted with the customization of the rooms.
The project consists of a large and bright living area and a very functional kitchen area, which also features a pantry. The sleeping area consists of the master bedroom, with walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom, as well as bedrooms connected by a pivot door and their own bathroom.
Tailoring Settings With Their Own Personality
Finally, the project is completed by an entire area dedicated to a spa and private gym, as well as other service rooms such as a cellar and laundry room.
Custom-made solutions alternate with products from the best brands on the design scene, such as Flexform, Boffi, Poliform, and Poltrona Frau, to create settings rich in personality and timeless taste.
Every Detail Given Careful Consideration
Zenucchi Design Code’s work was not limited to the design and supply of furniture, but also included doors, lighting, carpets, textiles, and outdoor furniture. Every detail of the project was carefully considered to create a home for life for the clients.
